Refrigerated compressed air dryer:
Unnecessary water in the compressed air creates different operational problems from freezing of outdoor air lines, broken pneumatic process control instruments, corrosion in piping and equipment, polluted products, and more. To remove this water from the compressed air, Air Dryer is the perfect option. This is widely used for eradicating water vapors from the compressed air in different industrial as well as commercial facilities. This process of air compression is based on the concentration of atmospheric contaminants and increase of the dew point of air that causes the process of condensation within pipes.

Regenerative Desiccant Dryers: Water vapor is removed from compressed air to prevent condensation from occurring and to prevent moisture from interfering in sensitive industrial processes. They can provide the dew point up to 100oF (73oC) not lower than 35oF (2oC). In addition, it also provides suppression of 20oF (11oC).
Refrigerated Dryer: It has two heat exchangers that cools down the hot incoming air and reduces the dimension of compressor necessary. The temperature increase prevents re-condensation in outgoing-air. It works at lower dew points from 35 to 40oF range.
Deliquescent Dryer: This includes a pressure vessel having hygroscopic medium that absorbs water vapor. As the medium gradually dissolves to develop a solution, it should be regularly drained from the vessel. It comes with no moving parts; hence it needs no electrical power for operation.
Desiccant Dryer: This works by bringing the compressed air's pressure dew point to the level where water will not condense to remove moisture from the compressed air. The compressed air is passed through a media like silica gel and other desiccant material to attract towards the desiccant material via adsorption.
Membrane Dryer: They filter the compressed air using high-quality coalescing filter that eradicates water, oil and other particulates from the compressed air. They depress the dew point to remove water-vapors from air. They are widely used in spray painting, medical equipment, pneumatic brakes, etc.
